Good gluten free options for breakfast, lunch and dinner

If you have gluten allergy or celiacs do not go there. They do have a gf menu but they dont know the how to not contaminate your food. Got very sick. Plus found a huge chicken bone in my gf chicken finger wrap. The manager was very rude about the whole thing.☹️
