As a new resident of Las Vegas, I recently had the pleasure of brunching at Leoncito, nestled inside the Red Rocks Hotel & Casino, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! First off, the non-alcoholic drinks are absolutely delicious and so visually appealing! Each sip was a delightful burst of flavor, beautifully crafted and refreshing. The food - oh, the food! The entire menu is beyond great, making it incredibly hard to choose what to eat. Thankfully, our fantastic server, Nora, was there to guide us through our choices. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is made in-house with fresh, clean ingredients, which makes a world of difference. I opted for the steak and eggs, and I was genuinely impressed by how carefully the kitchen prepared my meal due to my celiac condition. The attention to detail and the care taken to avoid cross-contamination exceeded my expectations. We were a group of three and had made our reservation through OpenTable. From start to finish, everything was pleasant and seamless. The ambiance, the service, and the food all contributed to a perfect brunch experience. Leoncito has certainly won me over, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed!
