Les Trésoms Lake and Spa Resort

I am disappointed with this experience. For a 4 star hotel, there is little adaptation. Having a gluten-free diet without cow's milk proteins, instead of an immediate adaptation without judgment, I was entitled to statistics from the breakfast manager in order to justify the absence of suitable foods. After struggling early in the morning, he was finally able to find me two gluten-free rolls to reheat. But that's all. I was also charged the same rate for breakfast as everyone else.

I have made several stays in this hotel, which is sublime. The staff is adorable, the setting is peaceful, for me it is one of the best spots in Annecy. The breakfast is very good (gluten-free bread on request, fresh juice, lots of choice). Small downside following our last visit: the spa became paying and limited to 1 hour, it's a real shame because it becomes very expensive when you add breakfast and the spa. When you end up with a room with a parking view it can start to bite at this price.
