Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 What's better than a restaurant near the Opal Coast?! The place is very clean, nicely decorated and showcasing their products and local culture! Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 Very good products! Regional and seasonal! The quality is clearly on the menu (very small menu in fact, which says a lot about the quality of the restorer's work). Small downside, they pay attention to gluten and know their products, of course.... However, they remove them completely from the plate and do not replace them to have a flavor similar to the original product 🫣 Chosen dish; Duck breast with caramelized orange sauce, roasted vegetables and potatoes. So I had the simple duck breast without sauce, vegetables and buttered potatoes. Unfortunately I had to ask for mayonnaise and add a lot of salt to enhance the taste. The sauce and spices having simply been removed. No adaptation therefore, but that in no way detracts from the quality of the products! And the original dish was simply delicious according to the non-intolerant taster 🤗 Budget 💰💰 Very good value for money!! We got €72 for two aperitifs, two glasses of red wine (delicious!) and two dishes. I therefore declare the Frangins restaurant in Wissant (France 🇨🇵) a GLUTEN SAFE ZONE ✅

A very good address ! While walking in Wissant, we were looking at the last minute for a restaurant for dinner for two with one constraint: dairy-free and gluten-free for health reasons. We were not disappointed, quite the contrary. The service: pleasant welcome, attentive and efficient, the order is taken quickly and the dishes arrive just as quickly. The dishes are good: perfectly seasoned beef tartare, pollock (excellent) with new potatoes or butcher's cut with mash and slightly crunchy vegetables. Finally, a sorbet cup to replace the dessert on the menu to meet our needs. In summary: top cuisine and top service! I recommend.
