Coming for brunch after having warned in advance that I was gluten-free, I was told that it was possible! I finally end up with bagels without bread, he takes away the cake, and of course nothing to replace the pastries and brioche! In the end, there was a lot less food on my plate.
After reporting my dissatisfaction at the checkout, the person didn't answer me much apart from the classic excuse "I'm not responsible"! No excuses, no commercial gesture

Super friendly team and chef! There were 4 of us with 1 vegetarian, 1 gluten intolerant and 1 lactose intolerant. :)) Super friendly and accommodating chef, I recommend!
