I’ve never been so impressed with the precaution taken to make sure my food could be as celiac safe as possible! They swapped gloves twice while making my meal and checked with me to see if I was okay with using a shared deep fryer. I was not so didn’t get to try the potato’s unfortunately. But 10/10 it did not gluten me after eating!

Abisaac Saraga
Located on gasoline Alley in Red Deer, this restaurant is a hidden gem with very tasty shawarma and donair. It is I'm the same plaza as the Blaze Pizza and Carl's Junior.
Chef was really nice and accomodating to the gluten free diet. All the plates are gluten free. The Falafel is made gluten free, but fried in a shared fryer, so not recommended for everyone that eats gluten free.
We will definitely eat here again.
