Let It V is one of the very few and exclusive restaurants (this one in the form of a small establishment in a food court) where vegan and gluten-free food are the stars.
It is an excellent place to come eat something healthy and not be left with little taste.
This time I ordered a Falafel&Hummus bowl salad. Very rich and nutritious.

The food and attention of Michael and Pablo spectacular!! The sigh is very delicious, they do it in front of you. The place is suitable for celiacs, there is no cross contamination since all the food is tacc-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
