I have been to Lex Thai a number of times and always had curry. I am a coeliac and was assured this time the special was gluten free also. I queried ingredients etc to 2 separate waiters. Flours are all gluten free, sauces, nothing deep fried has gluten. I was up all night vomiting and diahorrea. When I confronted the owner she brought out the flour which was gluten free, however, when she brought out the soy sauce it clearly had wheat in bold marked. Menu specifically states gluten free and after all my explanations she asked me "what is gluten"? I give up! Very disappointing.
