An amazing experience today taking my brother for a birthday afternoon tea. He is an adult with Learning Difficulties and had a great time. The staff were so lovely and even gave him a birthday card and played happy birthday for him. The tea was scrummy. Fresh sandwiches, sausage roll, delicious scones and wonderful cake. And I had my own special gluten free version. All served on vintage china. Even the torrential rain couldn’t dampen our spirits. Thank you everyone for looking after us so well.
