My husband and I tried the pumpkin cake pop from this bakery today at Liberty Hill's Christmas Festival, and OH MY GOSH. That pumpkin cake was to die for!!! It was probably the BEST pumpkin cake we've ever had, gluten-free or not. We've also tried a TON of gluten-free/dairy-free treats in our day, and nothing compares. I will dream of that pumpkin cake :) Can I bathe in it please? Absolutely delicious!

My family loves Liberty Hill Bakery! We've ordered so many yummy items from here, they're all gluten free and she has sugar alternatives too! My favorites are (hard to narrow down): zucchini bread, cupcakes, and the protein bars. The owner is super flexible and always willing to work with me on special requirements (nut free, sugar alternative, gluten free). Such a great bakery!!!
