I like this restaurant, but they don’t seem to be very careful with their food safety regarding Allergies. I have Celiac Disease, and about a year ago, I ate here and got glutened. Wrote a review (Had to delete it so I could write this one) and got in touch with a lovely manager who was very understanding. This time, I wanted to try eating here again in hopes of not getting glutened. Sadly, here I am four days later sick. I’m 99% sure it was from Liberty Kitchen. I completely understand that restaurants can’t 100% guarantee that Cross-Contamination won’t happen, but I had wished they’d step up their game with food safety regarding allergies/Celiac Disease.

I have Celiac Disease, and I went here last night and my waitress didn’t seem to care when I told her. I’m pretty sure I got glutened by the food because today I feel awful. I used to love going here but now i’m not so sure.
