Lighthouse Fisheries of Flamborough

Big group of 9 of us. Huge portions and vegan options which was fantastic for us! Unfortunately we traveled far for this fish shop as the website said they had gluten free available as well. We tried to phone up but couldn't find a number so we messaged the Facebook group but also got no answer. Finally got there to be told they had no gluten free that day as they had used all the pans up already! Extremely disappointing as meant a member of the group couldn't eat anything and we'd specifically chosen this place for both vegan and gluten free. The actual food we got was fantastic and we would come back for that but wish the website was more transparent with gluten free options.

I highly recommend this fish shop and especially for me being gluten free These fish shops are hard to find so give the AAAAA***** I have found a few in different areas now so I feel lucky. Drakes in York Main Street Haworth Minster in Howden

Whoever owns and the staff who run this place should be so proud of what they've accomplished, we tried this place after waking the cliffs after seeing what did plant based options too-they do loads. And gluten free options. Entire place is well thought about, staff super friendly and very attentive, there's a real sense of care that comes across and that's rare in the UK nowadays. Lovely garden to sit with them at the beach too,even when it's raining. Well done!
