I went to this ice cream shop with my daughters (a celiac) last night, I had already seen the reviews and decided to try it. The place is welcoming, clean and with attention to detail. The staff is very professional but the thing that struck me most is the attention to small details on the plate. My son ordered a gluten-free crêpe that he described as excellent, which was brought to him with a very nice decoration. Now we come to the most interesting part: the artisanal ice creams are all completely gluten-free and made with fresh seasonal ingredients and fruit! The creamy consistency is rich in flavor, the wafers are crumbly and fresh. I'm happy to have started the ice cream season here!
