I have been to Limestone before and have always liked their pizza, including their gluten free crust. This time things were different. The gluten-free crust was very thick and tasted heavy and dense, like it had not been cooked enough. It took me several hours to start feeling that it was finally digested. And expensive too, at $4.00 extra charge. It was also quite slow, about one hour to have 4 pizzas served. Disappointing.
