Surprisingly delicious and gluten allergy friendly for airport food and a very sweet server. Ambience is not bad for an airport restaurant but it’s a bit too sports bar-y go my taste. But hey! It’s Texas! What do you expect!

Awesome gluten free option in DFW terminal A. We had a pad Thai and chopped salad. Appreciate having a healthy-ish option while traveling. Nearly everything on the menu was GF or GF option. Our waitress was excellent. Chef came out to check on our meal as well. Worth noting they do hit you with a 3% charge for using a credit card. We will be back.
