Yes, it is very touristy and you are invited in by a gentleman in front of the business, but it is not pushy and the staff is very friendly. Good menu (despite the pictures of dishes on the menu) and many gluten-free options, including pizza, pasta and bread. Great place for lunch with a nice view of the harbor and to watch people walking by.
