Lovely dining experience with a great variety of Piazza choices with gluten free options. My little ones had plenty to choose from and truly enjoyed.

Arrived and ordered a drink at the bar before 5pm. Returned to the bar at 5.30pm and waited to be served, was ignored and disregarded by bar staff. After 20 minutes I was advised I would need to go and join a queue of people if wanting to order a drink to which I then had to wait another 10 minutes to order.
Bar staff were very dismissive which was very disappointing.
Menus in the restaurant have no dietary requirements listed. Had to queue to ask if/what options could be altered to suit gluten free requirements.
Wait staff were amazing, especially Sophie who assisted us from the table. Food was delicious.
Unfortunate the bar staff were unapproachable and left a negative impression.
