Very friendly team and very good food. fast service and the self-service principle is very ingenious and saves time. the atmosphere is family. It’s probably the best Japanese restaurant I’ve tried in Bordeaux and its surroundings! The menu also adapts to various diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) I recommend and I will come back!
