Little Bones Wings

I appreciate when a place has their specialty and they do it right. This is truly a “wings” place. Great hole-in-the-wall atmosphere while staying true to their food truck roots. No shortage of flavours and every bite was delicious. We were greeted by a very helpful waitress who explained the ordering nuisances and who pointed out the gluten free and dairy free sauce options. Steady stream of clientele but no rushed or overcrowded feel. A relaxed, pleasant experience.

In the area for hockey and found this place. Don’t let the size fool you and it’s worth the wait if all 6 tables are full. We hit the fries and Mac and cheese bites. Fries were on point. The cheese bites were for the kid and good enough. Then the wings came. My wife is gluten free so both her and I ordered the gf friendly wings. Damn! Crispy, crunchy, so much flavor! I opted for the Bayou with a Bite and Spicy Caribbean. Both were awesome in different ways. Bayou wings were smoky, sweet, and creamy deliciousness. The Caribbean were a dry rub with a zing. The wife and kids loved theirs: Buffalo, Backyard BBQ, and Coney Island Coaster (mustard based BBQ) I’m not from the area but this will be a mandatory stop anytime we are back in the Winnipeg area.
