The owner, Jaimie Tull, is awesome. She will take requests for baked goods, even gluten free products. And the cupcakes she made for us were delicious. She made us 3 different flavors out of almond flour and rice flour. The pictures don't do justice for the flavors - super great experience from ordering to eating. Such a great find in Palestine, IL.
