Guys. Guys! GUYS!!!!! This place is amazing!!! I've been wishing I could find food like this in Albuquerque, and it was here waiting for me!
All the ingredients are perfectly seasoned and flavored separately, and the combinations for salads and bowls are curated in such a way that the whole is more than the sum of its parts. The perfectly seasoned ingredients are next level when combined. I mean, the quinoa? The chickpeas?! The tahini dressing???! And yes, I said salad, but these are the kinds of salads with fats and protiens and crunch and salt that keep you satisfied.
Not to mention they're located in the cutest food court with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Their vegan and gluten free options are delicious. And it's a local woman-owned business!!!?!?! New faithful customer here and I absolutely will be bringing all my friends.
