Dined here for the first time recently on a Sunday evening. The menu has a lot of traditional German food but it's all cooked in a Texas fashion. The broiled ham shank is exactly fried. If you have celiac disease, I would not recommend it due to cross contamination concerns.

German cabbage is different than Texas cabbage and I liked it it has cinnamon or some spice in it. Best of all they work with gluten-free options and even gave me rice in place of the bread. I like their potato soup as a side.
