We arrived before our 8:30 booking and were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table. The restaurant, a converted house, had dΓ©cor and an aesthetic that made you feel as though you were in an authentic Italian trattoria.
Our drinks arrived quickly, followed by our starters β the garlic mushrooms and prawns were both fantastic. For the main course, my partner had gluten-free pasta with a generous serving of prawns; there were plenty of gluten-free options available too. My lasagne was homemade, piping hot, and tasted amazing. The garlic bread was also a very reasonable size.
We finished with a trio of cheesecakes, all of which were homemade and delicious.
Final thoughts: 10/10 β I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The waitress was also lovely and clearly very knowledgeable.
