First, I should say I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian. I have some sensitivity to dairy and gluten, but I can always eat some. So I’ve been to this bakery to taste their baked goods and have some breakfast . This time I placed an order for 18 cupcakes! We’re having a family party and one of my grandchildren cannot have eggs , dairy or gluten and one of the others cannot have gluten . So I ordered six vegan gluten-free cupcakes and 12 vegan cupcakes! I bought a couple of different flavors ahead of time and they even made some special for me to try so I could decide what I wanted to order! I could not believe how accommodating and gracious they were about all of this. And the best part was all the other people at this party loved these cupcakes. They even took some home and trust me. these people could eat anything they wanted. They loved these cupcakes . First of all they were beautiful to look at The flavors were delicious. The texture was delicious. The frosting was delicious. And they were so accommodating to what I needed and how many , lots of emails back-and-forth. I just can’t say enough about this place. Their love and dedication to what they do is apparent . By the way, they treat the customers , help them problem solve and also by the products that they make. Do not be fooled by the fact that this is a vegan bakery and restaurant… just try it out because it’s just a very well run., well thought out , well taken care of place to eat, that makes the most amazing food! Forget that it’s vegan , It’s just plain great!!

Amazing bakery and coffee shop, a great new addition to New Paltz. I’m not vegan, and the croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. Also appreciate that they had a few gluten free options. Great space too!

outstandingly friendly and warm service, really beautiful location and absolutely delicious food! we visited for the first time today and were blown away. i’m also so excited that they have a number of vegan AND gluten free options. we accidentally walked out without one of our items, and one of the employees was kind enough to chase us outside (in the rain!) to make sure we didn’t leave without it. you went above and beyond and it’s so appreciated! i can’t wait to go back.
