**Review: Fresh, Tasty Mexican in Cowra** This new Mexican spot in Cowra has won me over. The food is fresh, comforting, and absolutely bursting with flavor—traditional dishes made the proper way. The highlight for me? The handmade softshell tacos. They’re soft, fresh, and made on-site—not like the store-bought ones you’re used to. They tie everything together perfectly. Add to that the perfectly seasoned fillings and fresh salsas, and every bite is satisfying and memorable. Oh, and everything on the menu is gluten-free, which is a thoughtful bonus! What makes it even better is the setting. It’s in the old Mill, one of the oldest buildings in town, with beautiful stone walls that give the space so much character. Combined with the colorful food and lively music, it’s a place that just feels good to be in. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out! This place is my new go-to.
