Little Miss Cupcape

I have an oddly specific diet I have to stick to. These ladies went above and beyond. I asked what the gluten free flour was made of. They didn't know off hand so I was perfectly fine moving along. Instead , they went ahead and found the packaging and brought it out for me to read. It was so wonderful! I got to have a rare, safe for me treat. It was so lovely and SO DELICIOUS! Thank you for giving me a moment of normalcy!

We ordered 250 mini cupcakes for our wedding in 4 different flavors (Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, Cookie Dough, Carrot, & a few gluten free) and they were all fantastic! The GF was as good as a regular cupcake! Only thing I would say is that the boxes they come with need a bit more attention as cupcakes tip over in box to easily. Best think is because real buttercream we picked up day before wedding and they were still amazing 4 days after (had some left for the house!)
