My friend and I went to Little Noodle for lunch because we heard they had lots of gluten free options. I wanted her to be able to try something new. Our lunch was delicious! My Buddha bowl was huge and made great left overs. My friend was very Impressed with all the gluten free options and the helpful staff.

In the mood for some pho tonight, decided to give little noodle Spokane a try, I’ve seen it before while passing by and it caught my eye on google maps so figured what the heck? I looked at the overall rating, scanned the menu and trusted it. We arrived and there were a couple guys sitting outside smoking and carrying on a conversation, we go inside and wait for at least 5 minutes before anyone comes to take our order.. the guys from outside walk in and go into the kitchen.. ahh, they’re the cooks. Order placed- $60 for two people 😬 at least it looks and sounds promising plus we’re hungry so we sit down and wait. And wait. And wait. Aaaaaaand waaaait. 20 minutes in, I finally ask the bartender if she can find out where our edamame was as it’s been 20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. The kitchen staff were back outside and she goes outside to “check on it” the guys come back in the restaurant, talking very loudly still- seemingly oblivious that they’re getting paid to provide a service. My boyfriend is gluten intolerant and thus ordered a gluten free dish- we hear one of the guys asking about the allergy and asks the bartender to go make sure the boyfriend was ok with an ingredient. So 25 minutes in our entrees start being prepared. The edamame comes out. It’s warm, mushy and bland. On top of it being gross, the tiny portion would be insulting for what it costs if it was edible but since it wasn’t, not too tore up about it. After 35 minutes of being in this tacky, dirty, sticky restaurant we decided that we can actually go somewhere else. Got a refund and left. The bartender didn’t seem at all surprised and seemed like she didn’t care much at all. Don’t waste your money here, don’t be fooled by the cutesy niche vibe you get initially. Look deeper and you’ll be disgusted and disappointed. Kind of a joke to have to pay and tip before you get your food. Honestly, kind of a joke all around

Some things were amazing others were short of expectation, went for restaurant week place is smaller with tiny tables my drink was 11 dollars for a thai tea it was tasty but I wouldn't normally pay so much for those, I am gluten free so I had to pick what was safe to eat I got the japachae, which wasn't bad just no sauce didn't have much flavor small portion, than the pho I asked for beef, came with small amount of toppings which is OK but limes were so tiny hard to squeeze juice from lol and cabbage no expected toppings like sprouts or thai basil seemed strange to me, pho wasn't a big portion either but tasty but the dessert was the worst version of mango sticky rice I've ever had tbh it came in a small paper boat, with very small warm julienne peices of mango atop not at all sticky rice not even cooked all the way it was more like 4 tablespoons of loose white rice with no coconut milk or flavoring added and wasn't cooked thoroughly it was super disappointing dont purchase
