Absolutely outstanding experience at this hot pot haven! From the moment we stepped in, Tracy, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu made our dining experience truly exceptional. Not only was the food delicious, but the manager, Lee, demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail, especially in accommodating my sister's celiac allergy. Lee took the time to ensure that her dietary restrictions were carefully considered, allowing us all to enjoy our meal worry-free. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a gathering with friends or family. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch, which is always reassuring, especially in today's climate. Overall, this establishment deserves every bit of its five-star rating. Tracy and Lee's exceptional service and the delectable hot pot offerings make this place a must-visit. The food is super good and the service was excellent, the server was super pleasant. We had a person with gluten allergies and the staff paid a lot of attention and helped us choose gluten-free food.
