Liuyishou Hotpot(Chicago) 刘一手火锅 (芝加哥)

I'm very happy to have had this experience as my first within a restaurant environment, my server was working hard to tend to all current tables and explained the process of ordering aswell as take responsibility to inform and control options on allergens. So when I had chosen noodles they were switched to a different kind without gluten. It was easy to meet my gluten and dairy free intolerance needs and I've enjoyed how Chicago in general has strengthened my use in using chopsticks. The server was kind enough to give me a fork but I was so determined to do it the traditional way! I just wish what was left in my bowl was possible to takeaway as I dislike wasting food even if it is not a lot. The entire atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful which was so needed after being overwhelmed with a busy environment I would come here again.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about accommodating my gluten allergy. All food was delicious.
