Celiac care. The waiter, despite what he noted, brought a common hamburger that my son noticed after the second bite. It seemed strange to me that he brought all 3 dishes in one hand. When we called the waiter, I doubt if it was mine or his without Tacc and he said; just in case I changed it. The times I asked him he told me he's coming eh! A manager passed by and I asked him, I was aware and when they charged me to go to the cashier I expected them to bring it up and nothing. When I asked them (because the waiter only told us that he changed it and nothing else) he said: yes, excuse us I mean, my son is asymptomatic, but they don't even have the slightest precautions. I don't know why they put a menu without tac if they are not trained. They think it's a choice, that it's like veganism. The anguish that grips you, only the families who experience it will know it. I chose the city because of the variants and even the spa with suitable food. We spend fortunes to make them eat delicious and similar to the rest and you get careless (bad for me) and in a second everything flies into the air. I was left there explaining to them that the damage caused takes 6 months to recover, that if it had been a person with an allergy or intolerance they would have an ambulance at the door. Nothing nothing, I learned to never neglect myself or trust myself. They stood there timidly apologizing, not knowing what to do. It is not a place that meets the safety conditions for people with celiac disease. Don't go.
