Anyway, I had a happy time. The food is delicious and the staff are They welcome us like friends. One more time before I die (not once, but many times) It has become a place I want to visit. All are great, but especially the garlic shrimp. It was the most delicious thing in my life 🦐 The texture of the shrimp is outrageous, Bread goes well with the garlicky seasoning. Also, the owner's recommendation is the stew of beef cheek. I'm impressed by how soft it is that you can scoop it up with a spoon. I also ordered an octopus dish because I like octopus. very soft and cooked Of course the seasoning is perfect. For dessert, I chose gateau chocolat. Gluten-free, with nuts Vanilla ice cream is on top. Surprisingly, the sauce uses vinegar. This is also shockingly delicious. When eaten with the accompanying grapes It's so delicious that our cheeks fall. It may sound exaggerated, but Everything was really delicious and I was happy. The staff are very kind and friendly 5 stars is not enough They responded kindly. My husband is not good at alcohol (but he wants to drink) However, I chose something lighter to match that. I was very happy with your suggestion. It's a wonderful place to satisfy both your stomach and your heart. I will definitely come again. Shogo, Honoka

Had a reservation for 12/20 at 7 pm. Promptly greeted and seated by chef Dino, who runs the show by himself. He explained the menu and gave his recommendations and was very friendly. The rose was a great start as it was special to the region with its distinct blend. 9/10 Spicy garlic shrimp- amazing and everything I was hoping for when I ordered this dish. Cooked to perfection in the dish of oil, roasted garlic, hint of lime, and spices. He offered bread to go along with this dish which was a great addition to soak up the delicious juices. 10/10 Octopus leg: grilled nicely and tender with some red sauce and mashed potatoes. Could perhaps use a tad more seasoning on the octopus legs itself but it was tender. 9/10 Iberian pork cheeks- savory and tender over a bed of mashed potatoes. The sauce was great but a tad salty for myself. 9/10 Roasted corn “ribs”- fun way to eat the corn ribs with your hands and the corn had a delicious char taste that was blended well with the sour cream on top. 9/10 Tagliata- amazingly tender beef strip with a chimichurri sauce, arugula, and cheese. 10/10 Orange tart- homemade with oranges from Soller and no gluten. Very fragrant and not overly sweets great end to the meal. 10/10 Overall, I had an amazing dinner and experience with Dino. He provided a memorable meal and dining experience that has been the best on Mallorca so far. I would recommend a visit to this restaurant to enjoy Mallorcan cuisine prepared by someone who dedicates himself to the craft.
