Simple environment, a discovery to find a pizza restaurant that makes gluten-free pizza in such a small village and also very good, congratulations!

a somewhat homely place... the laminated menu is sanitized correctly every time customers use it. normal pizza is thin, good and light. The gluten-free pizza is instead a rectangular focaccia, a little high but not bad (it would be useful to warn the customer that it will not be round as expected). I asked to add courgette flowers... and they put them on top without cooking them (?). good gluten-free dough. the gluten-free starter, however, is not good and contains a bowl of courgettes and tomatoes (?) and some not very cooked and cold ones. Even the rest is not saved (courgettes, a champignon mushroom,)... some slices of raw ham (good). overall opinion... passable. opinion on the price... good.
