Mallory (New Manager) is doing a great job. The servers were friendly, the food was the bomb and she, along with her kitchen, did everything to make sure my visit was gluten free. ***The chips are not safe for Celiacs*** but if you're low on the spectrum of intolerance, you should be ok.
However the corn tortillas are and what goes in them are safe for Celiacs. So is the fondido.
The only recommendation I would make, which is aimed at the kitchen, order a chip that is gluten free to be able to support Celiacs. Or better yet get a dedicated fryer.
Will be back for sure, highly recommended.
