Their menu indicates gluten free options, though they weren't friendly about it at all. I ordered a scrambled egg with cheese, bacon, and potatoes. I indicated no toast on my take out order as well as wrote "gluten free" in the notes field. Their kiosk order form says they can't guarantee the notes will be read. I got toast, laid on top of the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. I took it back and they said they would correct it. Then they said the potatoes aren't gf. Fine. They proceeded to hand me a scrambled egg with cheese. I asked if the Bacon was gf and was told no. An $18 scrambled egg with provolone. They refunded it when I requested, though it should have never come to that. If you can't safely do gf, don't offer gf.

Loved the concept! Fabulous beer tap assortment with over 60 drafts. Impressive selection of wine by glass or bottle also, in addition to specialty cocktails, spirits and coffees! Good selection of salads, gluten-free and vegetarian too. The iPad system worked flawlessly and allowed us to order quickly and accurately. Bar waitress was friendly and very helpful, orienting us in how to use the system. Food was expensive, but if you don't expect that at airport restaurants where you can sit and enjoy a meal, your expectations are unrealistic! Food itself was a 4 star. From a business perspective, concept is brilliant. My dad talked of something very much like this way back in the late 60's, but technology just wasn't there. His idea involved pressing buttons! Anyway, allowing customers to self-order and pay for order thru iPad eliminates any employee theft and allows the staff to provide excellent service. Restaurant is clean (we choose two other places on our way to F terminal but they were so dirty I was scared to order anything and we left), well-organized and efficient. Small ways to improve, but overall impressed. Now concentrate on improving quality of food and they've got winning service for all.
