Obviously high quality ingredients, really balanced flavors and textures with excellent cooking techniques that really complement and showcase the ingredients. It was so delicious, we wanted nothing else while we stayed in town. Lots of gluten free options and detailed descriptions provided so you know what is in it and what delicious ways it was cooked.

I'd been meaning to check this place out and it did not disappoint. We had the salmon belly dip with chips, shrimp toasts, and crab rolls. Everything was delicious. Unless you have a big party, I'd be prepared to take the salmon dip home. The food alone was worth the five stars but the prompt for this review was the common allergen key on the menu (dine in only) that included NUTS. Super appreciated as someone with a tree nut allergy who is always wading through a sea of gluten free and vegan demarkations on menus, only to be left still wondering about nuts. FYI - They only use peanuts in a few dishes and almonds on a salad, both of which looked like toppings that might possibly be omitted. Be sure to ask which type -- the shrimp toasts actually only had sesame...no nuts. I sat at the bar with a full view of the kitchen. Stations looked clean and organized so I felt good about no cross contamination. Love to see it! We will definitely be back.
