My son and I had a lovely meal here on 11th May 2024 to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Being vegan with a dairy intolerance always makes it difficult for me to eat at restaurants so I was rather unsure of eating out but it was absolutely no problem for this restaurant. The food was amazing and plated well. I had Bruschetta for starter and the Mint Zucchini Gnocchi for main (see photo) I have never liked the Gnocchi that you buy from shops it is just tasteless even when served with sauce but this meal has changed my mind and has inspired me to make my own to try so I have looked up a recipe to make vegan, gluten free Gnocchi at home. The staff were lovely, attentive and courteous and always rushing around to attend their guests. It was such a lovely atmosphere despite being packed out on a Saturday afternoon. When we booked in on entering they confirmed my dietary requirements and gave me a separate menu which helped me to be able to choose quickly. I consider the cost was well worth it for such delicious food and I would/will definitely go back….though I will have to save a bit first for a special treat.

A very disappointing visit for an early supper. The main area of our complaint was the indifferent waiter. (An Italian male short grey hair probably mid forties and seems to have a habit of addressing men a ‘chiefy’) he was indifferent and really should not be customer facing, frankly he could not care less. The food was acceptable but a very limited offering for gluten free. Would we return to this restaurant ? Probably not.
