Today, after the visit to the Camaldoli Hermitage, my husband and I were looking for a restaurant where we could also eat gluten-free dishes. Fortunately, we found this establishment where the entire menu is also offered in a gluten free version!!!! We ate outdoors immersed in the greenery of the Casentino forest.
The homemade egg pasta makes the difference, and the cold cuts and cheese platter was also truly genuine. The dunk is excellent. Quick service, professional and friendly staff.
