Excellent pizza dough and quality of ingredients. Also gluten-free pizza available. The place is really charming.

I tried this place for the first time last Saturday. We had booked for 9.15pm, no one had told us anything about the existence of 'multiple shifts'. Invited to wait about 15 minutes maximum, we were seated after more than half an hour. The thing that suggests is that we were not the only ones, and that the people sitting at the table from 8pm were invited to leave the table to us who were waiting. To be fair, we should have been informed. If I book at 9.15pm I can't sit at 10pm because you work more shifts to ensure more customers. Not happy with this we waited another half hour for two pizzas and a salmon fillet. Good salmon, good pizza, gluten-free pizza inedible. I was told that it was an artisanal dough prepared by them but it was hard as stones. Terrible. We certainly won't be returning.

I'm sorry to see that the quality has significantly deteriorated, and with the scarcity of the first ingredients of a dish. I took a decidedly raw gluten-free pizza and it had more of the consistency of a mappazzone (I had also specified well cooked), a shame because after a year and a half I return to this place speaking highly of it and I was very disappointed and made a bad impression on the my friends who were all visibly dissatisfied. Furthermore, the small succulents on the ornamental tables were all dead. I think there was very little attention to detail and loss, as well as scarcity, of food quality. The only positive note for the kind and helpful girl in serving the tables.
