Inn in a central position in Fiorenzuola d'Arda. In summer the tables are placed along the course and create a very nice environment. Typical cuisine of the Piacenza area and the gem is that 90% of the menu is also available gluten-free for celiacs. And dishes are really good. My wife has never eaten a dish as good as the summer version of pisarei and faasò (bean cream instead of whole beans and crispy bacon). Same thing for Malfatti (tortelli made with grass with tail). The fried cake (or chisolini) a little pale but really good and soft. Delicious millefeuille. All washed down with a good Ortrugo from Piacenza.
An excellent and wide choice of wines from all over Italy and also some international wines.
An appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, a water and a bottle of wine, around €35 each. Very honest prices and really good dishes. Well done
