Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa

Went for New year's dinner on January 1st, most of the meal was ok but one of the people in our party that had specific dietary requirements wasn't taken care of at all. They are Celiac and were given a normal bread roll with the gluten free soup, and the chicken they had for the main was like a mixture between rubber and shoe leather. If the can't cook chicken breast correctly then how can people with dietary restrictions trust the kitchen

Me and my partner visited the Lochside Hotel for our early five year anniversary celebrations. We purchased the 'Suite Dreams' package which included, an overnight stay in the Garden Suite, an hour use of the thermal pool, then 55minute back, leg and scalp spa treatment, afternoon tea, two course dinner and breakfast the next morning. We had an incredible stay! The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and help cater to our needs, as I am a wheelchair user and my partner has coeliac disease. Our favourite part had to be the thermal suite and spa treatment. It was truly a relaxing and special experience for us!
