Logan's Roadhouse

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the service I received during my recent visit to Logan’s. Our waitress, Brittany E., truly went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort due to my celiac disease. From the moment she approached our table, her professionalism and attention to detail were evident. She took the time to understand my dietary restrictions and assured me that she would handle my order with care. I was impressed that she even brought out a picture of the BBQ ingredients to confirm whether the sauce was gluten-free. Unfortunately, it turned out it wasn’t, but Brittany’s response was exceptional. She quickly removed the unsuitable dish and offered me an alternative, the grilled shrimp, without any hesitation or burden. It’s hard to find individuals who genuinely care about their customers’ well-being, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. I am sincerely grateful for her thoughtfulness and attentiveness.

Not celiac friendly- When we arrived the hostess had difficulty locating a gluten free menu. The waitress was able to locate one and there were quite a few choices. However, when they brought my potato they had no butter and my grilled chicken was smothered in sauce and no one knew whether or not it was safe for me to eat. They asked me to slide it onto another plate and could not understand why I needed a completely different plate (so the questionable sauce did not cross contaminate my other food). When I moved the chicken there was rice under it, which the gluten free menu specified was not gluten free, as if they had put it on a bed of rice then removed when they realized. They did end up bringing me a different plate and plain grilled chicken, but the whole experience was very stressful and I literally ended up on tears and feeling like a huge inconvenience. The other people in my party enjoyed their food without incident.
