Very warm welcome in this prestigious place in Besançon, impeccable waiter attentive to our needs and available, the starters (fried bleak, Blanche country terrine) were perfect, the dishes delicious (trout fillet, beef steak) and very hot , the excellent dessert (chocolate finger), all accompanied by glasses of wine that we adapted to the menu. My wife, who is celiac and therefore intolerant to gluten, was able to eat without any problem because the cooks adapted the dishes to her diet, a big thank you to them (there was simply a lack of gluten-free bread for a restaurant of this type). A big eater may be a little hungry after the table, the cost is a little excessive, especially for wine. There is no menu for dinner (everything is a la carte unlike lunch) with the possibility of accompanying a glass of wine for each dish. Apart from these last few remarks, we had an excellent evening.
