Wonderful place with amazing tapas which can almost all be made gluten-free.

This place is SO SO GOOD! I joined 2 dear friends for dinner tonight at Lola. We did have a reservation, but it looks like Wednesday might be a good day to sneak in if you decide to come last minute. The space is so great. I can only imagine how wonderful it is during the day. I bet it's full of light! The service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The food... THE FOOD. If you follow me at all, you know that I tend to eat gluten-free while out to avoid barley and that cross contamination does not affect me. Well... Nearly the entire menu is or can easily be made gluten-free. There were only about five items total that I couldn't order, and they even have gluten-free crackers so that you can eat the delicious eggplant dip. We tried a number of tapas and the octopus entree. I would literally eat everything again, but those lemon artichokes are to die for. The octopus entree is divine. And the dessert we chose was a perfect end. In total, we shared four appetizers and one entree. I had one drink, and I believe my companions had two or three each. Our total was about $200 before tip, which is incredibly fair for the location and quality of food. You should definitely give this place a shot and make sure you come with someone who likes to share plates.
