Lone Star Masterton

Booked a table for 2 6pm, we got there and were seated my 6pm. Placed order 6.20pm arrived 7.10pm. Ordered a gluten free burger, no red onion or pickle, arrived with this and chips barely warm, burger bun soggy, the lettuce was still wet. Was sent back to the kitchen, came back with 3 pickles. Asked for a second coke, it arrived in a dirty glass. Manager dealing with complaint inflamed the issue by saying 'I hope you have job where customers are nice' and refussed to hear out the full complaint, she said its just busy and hospo is what it is, they were dealing with food (we had a clear view of the kitchen) and an open wound on her left thumb, bleeding and no plaster or gloves..how are they going to adress the issues if they refuse to acknowledge the complaints?

Meal was very good my husband really enjoyed his gluten-free meal excellent service from Camryn very friendly and fast
