My food needs to be GF. They have a gluten friendly menu. I had no evidence of being glutened which usu. happens within a few hours of being exposed to gluten. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure my food was as free of crosscontamination as possible. I had half rack ribs, baked potatoe and broccoli. Waitress brought drawn butter for the broccoli as opposed to the usu drsg to make sure it was GF. My husband also enjoyed his meal. We plan to be back.
