Original review and updates June 2021 one star….It is unfortunate, but I must change my rating. I always order the sirloin with shrimp and salad. I have Celiac disease. Therefore, my choices are limited. I noticed a change with the taste of the rice within the last three times I visited Longhorn. At first, I thought maybe my taste was "off". However, I have come to the conclusion that the rice recipe has changed. It’s definitely not as flavorful as it once was and is one big reason I won’t be returning to Longhorn anytime soon including…undercooked shrimp, tepid food temperature and the offering of some sort of oil with garlic flavoring added for your shrimp skewers (terrible) instead of real butter. I understand businesses are trying to cut costs due to the pandemic, but these changes have cost Longhorn a frequent customer. Update January 2023… meal was great! The waitress was very accommodating and friendly.

I am gluten and dairy free and they had no problem accommodating my meal. Steak was done perfect.
