My husband and I are Gluten & Dairy Free. This is a challenge when eating out, especially when there are not too many GF & DF choices on the menu. But, this Longhorn was up to the challenge and right on it when my hubby ordered the Rice Pilaf & the cook came right out to let us know the seasonings used are not GF. Great catch!
Our steak was very undercooked and he immediately brought it back and cooked it more to bring it where we wanted it, along with a baked potato to replace my hubby's Rice Pilaf.
My only suggestion is to have more GF & DF sides available. Also, a GF/DF dessert option would be great! It was my birthday meal and unfortunately, no dessert available to us.
But, again, very good job meeting our food allergy needs! Thank you!
