Our server was attentive, personable, and went above to make sure I could have everything I wanted despite gluten sensitivity! I ordered Flos Filet - Rare. The heat was not high enough for a proper sear, leaving it tasting like pot roast. Sweet potato was sub par. Margarita was good! Husband loved his loaded potato. He ordered the chop steak which tasted like Salisbury Steak - but a good one! While I was waiting to have mine re-fired, he found a black hair (zero chance it was from us) inside his sauce. The manager was extremely rude with a condescending tone when we politely asked to have both meals sent back. Very understandably, we no longer had an appetite for food prepared in the kitchen at that time. Very unfortunate to be treated that way. The friendly server sincerely apologized AGAIN before we left. I would expected the same, if not better, from the manager.. She was tall, slender and I believe blond. Please speak with this manager.
