I have eaten at this Longhorn's location many times as I have lived in Conyers for a long time. Recently I have noticed this location really going downhill. My parents and I have ordered takeout from there for the last two weeks and both times we have received wrong food that has caused us to have to go back in and get it corrected. Each week our food has been cold as well. Last week I ordered the Farm Field Greens Salad with grilled chicken instead of fried chicken. I ordered through the app and wrote in the special comments section that I had a gluten allergy and please make sure nothing is fried and there are no croutons. This request was on every receipt related to my order. When they brought the food to the car I realized they put fried chicken on my salad. I asked the take out server to please replace the entire salad as I am allergic to the fried chicken and I can't have it touch my salad. He brought out a new salad with grilled chicken very quickly so I'm not sure if it was actually sitting back there or if they kept the original salad base and threw some grilled chicken on it. There were no apologies for the inconvenience or incorrect order. We ordered again from this location tonight and my mom's salmon on her salad was cold, they did adhere to my allergy request this time. However my dad ordered the cowboy pork chops and when I checked the order it was tagged correctly but they put chopped steak with peppers and onions and a baked potato in there instead of the pork chops and sweet potato. So I went back inside and they admitted they had to replace it but I was told it would be another 30min for the pork chops so I sat there and waited. No apologies, no offer to speed up the order nothing. I think this location has officially lost three customers who generally spend $70 eating there each visit. The apathy towards incorrect orders is not acceptable and I regret that I tipped on these takeout orders!

I was downright disgusted by the horrible customer service and disgrace on Longhorn's for the person they put into a manager's position. Our waitress was so disrespected to us because we dared to have medical condition that made it necessary for a gluten free menu to be offered. She actually made a joke of it. So if you have any medical limitations, expect to be disrespected by this location. Makes me wonder if Lognhorns even cares about their customers or is it just the ones that come in there without any disabilities that are respected. Yes, I attempted to discuss this with the person that was supposed to be managing the restaurant. I let her know how her greeter laughed in my face about me being upset. If I wasn't already disgusted before I spoke with the manager I definitely was after speaking with Isabel. Her standards in her staff are substandard to any Longhorns I have ever been in before. She acknowledgement of how we were treated because of a limitation as something that was acceptable is disgraceful to the title of Manager. Keep running it into the ground Isabel with your lack of management skills. It's not like you, your staff or company truly care about customers.
