Visited for the bank holiday weekend for a wonder and some lunch. Warm drinks, no ice and just given bottles to drink from. Asked about Gluten free and told they do no “allergy foods”. Asked for some glasses and just got an eye roll Disappointed to the max

I went to Longacres recently, and they only had one gluten free cake so I couldnt have lunch that day. The manager was very abrupt and not accommodating at all despite me being nice about it. I will not be coming back again.
